Google Nest | Nesting with Mahomes

The Insight:

People are more likely to consider smart home products following a home renovation project. (Home diyers, folks who have planned or are planning a major renovation in the last 12m/next 12m, over index on wanting to buy smart home products: security camera 175i; thermostat 210i; lock 201i.)

The Idea:
Rising NFL star Patrick Mahomes was on his way to becoming the next Tom Brady, coming off of an unprecedented second season winning his first MVP. Prior to a much-hyped return to action in the Fall, Mahomes began planning an ambitious home renovation. Google and Bleacher Report partnered to provide a special look into the life and style of Mahomes as he transformed his home into the sanctuary of his dreams, including the crown jewel: a one-of-a-kind sneaker room, powered by Google Nest.
